Zoe and Matt are digital marketing experts. They work with volunteer sector organisations to help them do digital better.
I’m a charity marketing and digital communications expert and freelance consultant with extensive experience in developing and delivering marketing, digital communications and social media strategies. My clients have included ActionAid, Anglia Ruskin University and the School for Social Entrepreneurs.
I regularly share best practice as a blogger for The Guardian, the Institute of Fundraising and CharityComms. I’m on the advisory panel for The Guardian Voluntary Sector Network and The Chartered Institute of Marketing charity interest group. I’m also a Chartered Marketer and a trustee of CACHE (Council for Awards in Care, Health and Education).
I run Platypus Digital, an agency helping charities reach more people and raise more money online. I’ve spoken on Sky News and BBC Radio about charity digital campaigns, regularly write for The Guardian, and was named in the Top 50 Most Influential Fundraisers in 2015.
I spent 10 years working for charities large and small, trained with General Assembly and deliver campaigns and training for charities who want to use digital better.
